- Ridership
Average weekday ridership for the month of July 2026 is 120,868, up by 5.3% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 3,404,379, an increase of 4.8% from the previous year.
- Service Delivery
Percent of maintained pullouts for July was 93.2%, a drop of almost 7% from the previous year.
System-wide on-time performance is 74.8% for the month of July 2026. Out of a total of 116 routes, 62 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, and no route had on-time performance below 50%.
The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.
- Safety and Security
The number of miles between major collisions for July was 445,046 miles.
- Maintenance
The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 11,635 miles for the month.
- Service Modifications
A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the May sign-up and will remain in effect until August 23rd when the next sign-up begins.
- A Line, headway increased from 20 minutes to 30 minutes from 7:00 p.m. to
10:00 p.m.
- W Line, headway decreased from 30 minutes to 20 minutes from 7:00 p.m. to
10:00 p.m.
- Route 306, implemented all-day service.
- New Route 317 (Ahua-Lagoon Drive), service consists of three (3) AM trips and
three (3) PM trips.
- Route 531, route adjusted to bypass the Acacia intersection on Kamehameha Highway.
